THE PRESIDENT
New Strategy of the Enea Capital Group responds to the assumptions of the governmental plan “The Responsible Development Plan”, enhancing innovation and development of the Polish economy. We have devoted a lot of space to sustainable development in our Strategy – as such we wish to emphasize that corporate social responsibility is an important part of our entire business activity.
ENEA CAPITAL GROUP
We are a Polish, stable and strong mining and energy company, but what makes us a modern company is a conscious approach to our role as supplier of products and services and the awareness of our impact on the environment and economic development of the country.
STAKEHOLDERS
We conduct our business responsibly, we wish to develop in a systematic, innovative and sustainable way - these are our goals and our promise to our social and business partners.
CLIENTS
Thanks to the implementation of the modern system of electronic Customer Service Centre (eCSC), all our customers gained a possibility to manage their electricity bills quickly and easily without having to leave their home. We are still working on extending the eCSC with new features for our clients’ convenience.
EMPLOYEES
We are responsible for our employees, so we are especially concerned about their health and creating safe workplaces. We wish our employees to develop for their own benefit and for the benefit of the entire Group.
COMMUNITY
The Enea Group, through the Enea Foundation, is an active participant in the life of local communities by supporting projects that contribute to improving our environment, quality of life and supporting local communities.
ENVIRONMENT
By generating and distributing energy and heat, we affect the environment every day. We are aware of this, so we implemented a range of solutions and technologies that enable us to monitor and reduce our environmental impact.
